Return Policy
If you should find it necessary to exchange or return merchandise please read the following information for return policies and instructions. If you have further questions feel free to contact our customer service staff at: 1-877-89TOOLS.

Lifetime Warranty
Our warranty is simple. We stand behind every one of our products with a lifetime guarantee. If you have a problem with one of our tools before resharpening, simply return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Excludes dullness due to usage and ordinary wear and tear. You will find a form on the back of the invoice that comes with your merchandise that will explain how to make a return.

Items ordered from this website should be returned to Jesada Tools for refunds. Credit card sales will be refunded to the card used in the purchase. Depending on your bank�s billing cycle, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Custom Items
Custom items such as planer and joiner knives cut to size, or rebored sawblades are not refundable. Custom items will be replaced if defective.

Unwanted items or items ordered in error
Unwanted items or items ordered in error can be returned but the customer will bear the shipping costs of returning these items to us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damages in shipping are rare but they do occur. In order for claims to be processed you must save all cartons and packaging items. If shipment is sent First Class Priority Mail please contact our offices for further information. For U.P.S. shipments you can contact us, or for faster service call your local U.P.S. office to arrange for inspection of the damaged items.
